New or existing Octopus Energy customers on OctopusPeaker plan
Existing customers with Octopus can move plans from their existing to OctopusPeaker however they will be subject to new import rates which will be the same as if they were joining Octopus as a new customer today (they can check what these would be by looking up their address on our website & comparing what the new import rates would be with their current rates which are available in the web or mobile app.
Import rates are not fixed on this plan & can change with 30 days advance notice
Export rates outside of a promotional period are not fixed & can change with 30 days notice.
Maximum solar size - 10KW solar systems, however if someone such as a residential customer or small business customers has 10-15kw, we will consider these on a case by case basis.
